Hey everyone!

Hope you’re doing well and that November has been kind to you so far!

This month, let’s dive into something that’s often overlooked in the hustle of daily life—finding your ‘WHY.’ Now, I know some of you might be tempted to roll your eyes at that, but hear me out. It’s something that deserves a closer look, especially in today’s fast-paced world where we can easily fall into a routine of just going through the motions.

Life moves quickly, and before we know it, we’re coasting through without really doing much for ourselves. It’s so easy to get caught up in everyone else’s expectations that we lose sight of our own values and goals. That’s why I believe finding your ‘WHY’—the core reasons that drive your actions—is crucial. When your life aligns with those values, things feel more meaningful. But if you’re not being intentional, what are you really aiming for?

Over the past year, since the launch of RNR Therapies, I’ve been on my own journey of chasing my ‘WHY.’ While I hit many milestones, I noticed something was off—they didn’t bring the satisfaction I expected. It felt like I was checking boxes but missing the bigger picture.
It wasn’t until I attended a vision board night hosted by Aaron Burns and Made Running that things clicked for me (give them a follow on Instagram @a8burns87 and @madehubuk). I realised that in my push for success, I had become too focused on achieving goals and had lost sight of the deeper reasons behind them—my core values. As a result, the process became monotonous, and I wasn’t feeling the same excitement or drive. But once I reconnected with my ‘WHY’ and remembered why I started RNR Therapies in the first place, everything shifted. Suddenly, I had a fresh sense of purpose and motivation that reignited my passion and pushed my vision even further.

So why am I sharing this? Because I want to remind you how powerful your values are. They shape you, guide your decisions, and give you a compass for navigating tough times. Your values are what make you, you. They distinguish your path from the next person’s.

Before the year wraps up, I challenge you to reflect on your top three values. Is it family? Community? Achievement? Compassion? Adventure? Kindness? Whatever they are, think about how your life is currently aligning with them. Does anything need to change to bring you closer to your values? Once you reconnect with your ‘WHY,’ you’ll be surprised at the new surge of motivation and inspiration that comes with it.

If you give this a try, I’d love to hear how it goes!
