Common Ground Community Wellbeing Project

Common Ground is a free 5-week, closed group programme for adults between 21 and 40 across Greater Manchester funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Whether you're feeling stressed, disconnected, anxious or overwhelemed, this is a space to pause, connect with others and feel supported through it.

No diagnostics needed. No waiting lists. Just a warm, welcoming group of people navigating similar things who you can seek support from.

This might be for you if you:

Are feeling isolated, low or burnt out
Are going through a difficult period or life transition
Want to connect with others without it being too clinical or serious
Haven't always felt seen or understood in traditional wellbeing services
Want early support before things feel harder to manage

We are now recruiting for the Bolton Cohort with the session dates being:  Thursday 8th October, 2026  Thursday 22nd October, 2026  Thursday 5th November, 2026  Thursday 19th November, 2026 Thursday 3rd December, 2026
